General Inquiry
Does anyone need / know anybody that needs an apartment come next September? Costs per month run as follows: $700 rent per person $45-80 per person for gas/electricity, pending on season $20 per person for internets. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a good spot on College Ave in Somerville across from Tufts, tons of parking and it is right near both MBTA and Highway style travel. The room itself is pretty big, ~170 square feet. Further details can be given on request. I'm just trying to get my feelers out there to prepare for the inevitable come lease resigning day. Even a friend of a friend (who is sane) would be fine as that is considerably more reliable than resorting to Craig's List. |

Nintendo DS
So I am thinking of getting a DS and some games with my graduation/bday monies to whittle away the rest of May till I find myself a job. Anyone have any suggestions/favorites? The whole wifi gaming thing sounds like it will be pretty groovy. |

It pretty much crept up on me without remembering, but the other day I was reminded that my B-day is comming up this Saturday (the 13th). I figure whoever wants to or is still in the area can feel free to drop by Davis House Friday night as I'll be attempting to have a cookout on the grill and not set either myself or the surrounding area aflame. Anyime 4pm and onward will be fine. Drinks(Rum) will be around as well as stuff Charlie and Ian will probably pick up. So far I'm just planning on burgers, so if there are any requests for different meat let me know. |

Friday 2: This time its personal
So being the genius that I am, I managed to commit to 2 things at once on friday. The party is still going on as planned by Charlie and Ian. As for the other thing, anyone who is interested, one of my old roomates, Andy, is playing at Afterhours on Friday at 9pm, with his group "The Demons of Stupidity". Good stuff. Free for Northeastern students, but he told me he can help me get anyone in. Free coffee too apparently. After that i'll be headed back to the party. |

Charlie wishes everyone to know that he got a raise at work. As a result he is throwing as big of a party as he can muster. So this Friday (Nov 11), which is also Vetran's day, we will be having said party with a lot of everything to go around. Everyone is invited and the more the merrier. Start time will be whenever since most people have the day off I think. |

Update
Since nothing else has happened to materialize, I'm just going to say we'll be having a Halloween party over at Davis House Tommorow (Friday Oct 28) from about 6pm on. I'll probably message people individually to check, but figured I'd make another interest post on here. Barring that, does anyone know of stuff that might be going down this weekend? |

Behold this Post and Despair!
Dawn of War is an awesome game and I need to look into getting the expansion soon. In other news, after checking some interest while at the party saturday (which was awesome, thanks Sarah!) I'm going forward with plans for the halloween costume party thing. Sounds like that weekend is pretty packed for a lot of people, so for now, I'm just going to pick Sunday OCT 30th as the date for the party. Costumes a must. Hows that sound? |
